Chris Meade’s tips for website owners
- No tweak or adjustment is too small. Your customer is attentive if it does not look good to you, it probably won’t look good to them.
- Optimize for both mobile and desktop and put a priority around the one that your traffic comes from.
- Invest in reviews, gathering reviews, and credible publications (Forbes, Inc., etc) that you can put on your website
- Capture emails at all costs. Get customers into a welcome series and remind them of your company
- Eliminate clicks to checkout. The less clicks a customer has to do until they put in their credit card the better.
