It’s January 2019, a time for New Year resolutions and new beginnings. That’s why I felt this is the perfect time to share with you this infographic on the food you should eat and the food you should avoid for clearer skin. They also provide added benefits to your overall health! So here are 9 ways what you eat affects your skin!
You are what you eat after all
Now, I’m not saying you have to or you should give up absolutely everything listed above, no, no, no! My dad always said that everything has to be done in moderation. Too much of anything is good for nothing. Even too much water is bad for you, shocking, I know. That’s why I prefer to cook and bake from scratch so that I can control how much of everything goes into what I and my daughter eat.
